Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the carrier.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item. We can not ship to a PO Box address outside of New Zealand.

Our free shipping and standard flat rates exclude all oversized/heavy items. Oversized and heavy items include, but are not limited to; Cots, Bassinets, Bouncinettes, Changing Tables, Moses Baskets, Highchairs, Mattresses, Wooden Trolley, Easel, and Wishbone Bikes.

Oversized items will incur additional freight charges and this will be automatically added to your cart at the time of checkout.
