pre loved returns

Welcome to Made by Nature Baby to Be Worn Again and Again, our pilot circular program. When you’re in need of new clothing for your baby, choosing sustainable, high-quality pieces with timeless design is the most responsible option. By shopping with us, you embrace the benefits of ethical production and enjoy long-lasting garments designed to be part of the circular revolution.

When you’re looking for safe, quality products for your child to wear, buying products that are designed to be worn again and again, means we are helping to reduce textiles going to landfill, and giving our garments another life.

healtheir soil:

Our team will sort through your pre-loved items to assess if they can enter the Worn Again programme.

biodiversity:

You receive a Worn Again store credit* to use at our Nature Baby stores towards your next purchase.
*This credit can be used towards up to 20% of your purchase of new full price Nature Baby branded items.

what garments can be returned?

We accept any Nature Baby clothing, sleepwear or bedding items. We ask that garments are pre-washed before being brought to the store, and are in good,
saleable condition – i.e. no stains, tears, broken zips etc. If your product meets our criteria, you will be emailed a Worn Again store credit.

If your product has been loved a little too much, we will donate it to a charity partner or our textile recycling partners to be recycled into new products and it will not qualify for a Worn Again store credit.

As this is a pilot programme, there will be lots of learnings as we go. We may need to adapt or change things as our programme develops, so please keep an eye on this page for any changes.

worn again store credits

When you return items suitable for resell, we will reward you with a Worn Again store credit*. This credit can be used towards any new, full price, Nature Baby branded products, up to a maximum of 20% of the total purchase price.

why choose organic cotton

We go by the philosophy that our clothing be made in a way that treats all people that take part in the process fairly, from the farmers and millers through to the cutters and makers, supporting localized regions, their families and their development.
